The Town of Phelps is seeking sealed bids to demolish/raze all existing structures, to clear and remove all debris from the premises, and to grade and reseed the cleared area at the former Lillian Kerr Health Care Center (aka the old Hospital/Nursing Home). Note: a walk-through of the premises is required prior to submitting a bid.
