VENDOR SPACE AVAILABLE FOR SCARECROW FEST

Vendor spaces are available for the 13th annual Phelps Scarecrow Fest held downtown Phelps on Saturday, September 17 from 10 am-5 pm.  Cost is $25 for a 12′ x 12′ space.  Download an application at the phelpsscarecrowfest.org web site and mail to the Phelps Woman’s Club, PO Box 225, Phelps WI  54554 by September 1.  After September 1 deadline the  application fee is $50.
