Jeremy Ryan was appointed to the Phelps Town Board at the Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting.  Jeremy will serve the remaining term of departing Supervisor Ron Buell Jr.  The term expires April 18, 2024.  Welcome Jeremy!
