There will be a Memorial Day service in Phelps, Monday, May 27, at 1 p.m. at the cemetery.

There will be a roll call for the fallen and flags will be presented to families of deceased service members. Following the service, Phelps Historical Museum will host its annual open house. Complimentary light lunch and refreshments will be served until 3pm.
