Trick or Treat map to be created

The Phelps Booster Club, Youth Recreation Association and Phelps PPA are planning a Halloween party  for Saturday, October 28 from 4-6 pm at the Phelps school. 

The groups are creating a trick or treat map of homes or businesses in the area that will be handing out treats prior to the party.  Maps will be available throughout town the day of the event.
