The Phelps Scarecrow Fest on Saturday, September 14 will be having their 2nd annual Spooklacular event featuring vintage and classic cars, motorcycles, tractors and antique boats. There is no entry fee, no pre-registration required, and the first 100 registered participants will receive a commemorative dash plaque. All registrations occur on the day of the show beginning at 8 AM with registration closing at 11 AM. Voting is from 11 AM to 2 PM and trophies are presented at 3 PM. Trophy awards include People’s Choice-Best of Show and Best Spooktacular entry (spooktacular decor is optional).
